Return Process

  Complete the online return form available in your user account or download the PDF version to include with your shipment.

  Pack Your Items Securely

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return package via your preferred courier to our central warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
